Helping Your Church
There are opportunities to volunteer to help with the many jobs that need doing to ensure that the Church runs smoothly. See Congregation Information for more information.Hiring our facilities
Much of the Church building can now be hired. To see what we can offer please see the tour. Further information on charges can be found at facilities hire
Broadband
Facility
A Broadband facility is now available throughout the St Andrew's church building, so that any group that meets on the premises, or hires any part of the building, may obtain wireless Internet access on their laptop computer, if they wish to do so. It is proposed to explore the viability of establishing an Internet Cafe on the days that the church coffee bar is open. Please note that this facility MUST NOT be used for watching live TV as St Andrew's does not have a Licence
Ministers'
Parking
The elders considered the difficulties experienced by the Ministers in parking their vehicles on the forecourt of St Andrew's, near the side gate. Often, vehicles belonging to visitors, hirers of the building, and church members prevent the Ministers from parking, and the elders agreed to uphold the principle that the Ministers should have parking priority. The elders therefore appeal to everyone to keep clear the space directly in front of the side gate, near the vehicular entrance, so that Ministers may park unhindered at all times.
