Please try to attend your Church Meeting to have your say in the way your Church is run.
General ways to further assist the URCiC
- If you like visiting people for a chat and feel you could offer Pastoral Care please see your church secretary.
- Volunteers are always needed to run coffee mornings and events. Please see your fund-raising committee.
- If you would enjoy the lively atmosphere of our Children's activities why not come and help out - volunteers are always welcome !
- The URCiC needs all our talents. If you have any skills in the areas of administration, pastoral care or worship then speak to your Elders to see how you could help out.

Secondly,
if you give regularly, please consider using a monthly standing order – this
helps us plan ahead and avoids your needing to “catch up” if you are away or
unable to attend church for a while.

Situations Vacant - Your Church needs YOU!
This is a time that those of you who are not yet Members might
like to make a full commitment – please see your Church Secretary or one of
the Ministers if you would like to discuss what Membership means. It is
also a time when some may feel that they could contribute to the life of the
Church by becoming Elders. If you are considering this please speak to an
existing Elder or the ministers to find out more.
St Christopher's would like to recruit some
new bellringers. You
need to be
at least 10 years old,
at least 4 foot 6 inches (140 cm) tall,
able to count to 6.
Women's Refuges
Lyn Ricketts (St Andrews) would like any type of women's cosmetics, shampoos, skin cream, soaps, perfume etc (does not matter is they have been open). Also if anyone has some children's games they do not want. These will be given to women's refuges. She would like to thank everyone for their generous support
Stamps for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People
A big thank you to all those who collect used postage stamps for this wonderful cause. I spend many happy hours
sorting and trimming them, but would be very grateful if people could cut out the stamps neatly and leave a
reasonable margin whenever possible.
